'If It's Football, It's Vital'

More To Come Says Ben Sahar

On loan Chelsea striker Ben Sahar believes QPR fans have yet to see the best of him as he struggles to get a full game since his appendix operation.

The 18-year-old Israeli penned a six-month deal in the summer but a short time in hospital put paid to any chances of the 5`10' forward getting a full game for Rangers, although the youngster did make a major impact during pre-season when the team won after he netted both goals against Premier League neighbours Fulham.

Talking to the Wembley & Kingsbury Times, Ben said...

'They've seen some of me, but they haven't seen me playing my best football. I've played a few games now and, as a striker, it's really important for me to start scoring. I want to get my first league goal and show that I'm here to help QPR - and it will come.'

'We need some results because we haven't started quite as we wanted to, but I have been impressed by the Championship - it's quick and strong and that's what I need.

'It's good experience for me to have first-team action and play every game in front of 20,000 people.'
