Birmingham Allow Vine To Leave

Vital Queens Park Rangers can reveal that a deal has been struck between Rowan Vine's Birmingham City and QPR. The 25-year-old striker is expected to put pen to paper within the next 24 hours.

THAT is alot of money, a decent play, but that would break the 2.8 record barrier. We can get others better and cheaper I expect. Would love to see Vine though!
