Dinosaur responding.

What extra do I get from going through facebook and Twitter that I don't get from going to the real thing?

No.8.

What do you mean by that? I must admit that I am much more reserved about going near facebook as they have changed the way they allow access to other people. It's why I never put much in the way of info up there.

That said, my first wife managed to find me through it. No harm done as we got all that stuff done and dusted in the 80s.

4me.How would your 1st wife have found you through it?

Its a relatively new thing.

I personally hate it.

I can understand keeping in touch with people that are in distant lands but,do i really want to know what john Smith,2 doors away from me ,has had for his brekki?

Hi PP.

It's interesting how No.8 never answered my question. Like all things, facebook is only as powerful as you let it be.

That said, I agree with him regarding the rubbish that turns up on the site.

And no PP, I have no idea what she had for breakfast, I still haven't seen her in 22 years and that suits me and my wife just fine :)
