Harris is a product of the R's youth set-up and impressed sufficiently to be called to the squad for the first time in Rangers 4-0 home win over Preston North End on Saturday October 17, 2009.
The young defender also bagged a brace in the opening game of the reserves season against Aldershot Town.
He appeared on the bench for Rangers as they thrashed Preston North End before signing for Hayes & Yeading on loan until the end of the 2009-10 season.
