A South Korean international entrusted with big games - Park Ji Sung brings a wealth of experience to Loftus Road, not only on the European stage but also the world stage.

Ji featured for two years at Kyoto Purple Sanga and it was only a matter of time that his flourishing talent was recognised - making the big move into Europe with Dutch giants PSV.

He followed international manager Guus Hiddink to Holland and quickly made his impression with a reputation for his relentless effort and enthusiasm.

Ji made the £4m move to Manchester United and made his name for being utilised by Sir Alex Ferguson in the big games. He featured in the Champions League final defeat to Barcelona.

Despite being used sparingly, Ji was an excellent 'go-to man' for Sir Alex who was keen to tie him down to a deal at Old Trafford.

Ji rather suprised many by opting to leave Old Trafford in search of regular first team football - joining QPR in the summer of 2012.

His season at QPR was not successful, failing to win the supporters over with a string of poor and inconsistent performances, culminating in him losing the captain's armband, and ultimately Rangers' relegation.
