Reserves - QPR 1-1 Eastbourne Borough





Rangers featured in one of their final Combination League fixtures as they shared the spoils with Eastbourne reserves.

Trialist Moritz Volz was on target for Rangers who fielded a youthful side at the Recreation Ground, after the German trialist was set-up by Romone Rose.

The visitors equalised in the second period however when the defensive line failed to clear a free-kick and Boro were able to nudge the ball home from close range.

In a squad that included three trialists - Danny Fitzsimons, Jordan Hibbert and the aforementioned Volz - Rangers couldn't overcome a dogged Blue Square Premier side.
