QPR Defeat West Ham

RANGERS reserves eased past their West Ham United counterparts this afternoon

Goals from Lee Cook, Bruno Perone and Troy Hewitt saw the R's canter to victory over their Championship counterparts.

Following the win manager Neil Warnock confirmed that the club are looking to loan out the aforementioned Cook.

He has stated that should an injury become an issue, he will incentivise the deal to an interested club.

"We`re happy to pay back any loan fee paid for Lee Cook to a club that takes him if he breaks down during the loan period," he told the Fulham & Hammersmith Chronicle.

'Nobody`s worked harder pre-season, and if clubs are worried about Lee`s fitness, they should know it won`t cost them anything, and they could still get a very good player.'

Clint Hill and Heidar Helguson also featured for QPR on the day as they attempt to regain match fitness after respective absences.

Rob Hulse meanwhile didn't appear in the fixture as reports in the press indicate he is in talks with a move away from the club.
